Renovate Green

Renovating green means the use of materials that are more sustainable and construction practices that exceed building code requirements. These ingredients enhance the look and performance of your home, and reduce maintenance costs. Some examples of long-lasting materials include durable natural tile floors, natural roofing materials, and decking and patios made from recycled materials, natural stone, or renewable wood species. At Dillard-Jones Renovations, we are proud to offer green design and green construction services that promote healthy living, lower energy costs, and help protect the environment. Our experience includes ENERGY STARŪ construction, foam envelopes, and geothermal heating and cooling systems. We also incorporate "smart" green building materials such as Low-E windows, high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, engineered structure systems, and recycled sub-flooring into our home renovations.

Additionally, founder and president Thomas Dillard has earned the Certified Green Professional (CGP) designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The Certified Green Professional program recognizes builders, remodelers and other industry professionals who incorporate green building principles into homes without driving up the cost of construction.
