This ranch-style residence in the Kellett Park community of Greenville, SC is undergoing a whole home renovation. Check back often to see the transformation. Click the thumbnails below for larger views.

August 25, 2010 - Exterior finishes are complete as the house awaits landscaping.

August 25, 2010 - The front porch has been extended and a bi-level flagstone walkway to the front door has been added.

August 25, 2010 - The renovated kitchen features a pine tongue-and-groove ceiling with cross beams.

August 25, 2010 - The dining room features custom trim and wainscoting.

August 25, 2010 - The interior of the Kellett Park home features high, arched doorways with custom trim.

The flagstone is being put into place on the back patio today.

The paint on the exterior brick has been finished.

The front entrance to the house at Kellett Park is in the process of being completed with a walkway leading to the pillared porch.

The home at Kellett Park is being covered with a Sherwin-Williams exterior paint that has a 25 year warranty.

This process is still under way and is being applied with a pressurized spray gun.

The rest of the attic will be left in its original form for storage.

A portion of the attic has been finished to provide the home with a guest suite.

The dining room has been outfitted with new wainscoting.

The kitchen ceiling has been replaced with a tongue and groove pine.

July 2, 2010 - The back yard of the Kellett Park home has been cleared for new landscaping.

June 25, 2010 - The front porch of this home has been extended.

June 25, 2010 - Natural stone accents have been added to the home's exterior.

June 25, 2010 - Old shrubs and flowers beds have been removed to make way for new landscaping.
