Before & After - Greer, SC

This renovation project in Greer, SC converted a 30-year-old farm house into a spacious home for family gatherings, and indoor and outdoor entertaining. A 1500-square-foot addition doubled the size of the kitchen and added an adjacent family room, hallway, bathroom and mud room leading to the garage. A two-car garage was enlarged to accommodate three cars and a side porch was built off the kitchen.

Outdoor activities have moved from a back deck to a new screened-in side porch.

The three-car garage now is accessed from a hallway with mudroom that leads to the kitchen/keeping room expansion.

A two-car garage was expanded to accommodate three cars.

The 1,500 sf expansion was added to the left side and back of the home.
