Before & After - The Cliffs Valley

Dillard-Jones Renovations completed this home renovation project at The Cliffs Valley in northern Greenville County, SC. The project included adding stone, copper and natural wood accents to the front of the home's exterior, and expanding outdoor living spaces at the back of the home. Wooden columns on the existing patio under the screened porch were replaced by stone archways. A new wing was added to opposite side of the home, which houses a new bedroom and bathroom, and a second outdoor patio was added, featuring an outdoor fireplace. 

This renovation/expansion project by Dillard-Jones Renovations also included the addition of a balcony and exterior staircase to connect the existing upper level screened porch to the improved patio below. The staircase addition features natural stone box newels with wrought iron handrails and balusters. The iron entry gate displays a custom-designed golf medallion.
